Mission
Our mission is to bring holistic healthcare options to our community with more accessible, inclusive, effective, non-invasive, sustainable, and life-affirming ways to improve quality of life. We strive to educate and empower people to be active participants in this process so they can better connect with and understand their body and inner workings. With this, we can more easily be in right relationship with ourselves, our community, our environment, the universe, the cycles of nature, and time. We primarily use acupuncture, bodywork, movement, nutrition, herbal medicine, nervous system regulation tools, mindset, meditation, feng shui, integrative therapies, and an overall holistic approach to achieve these goals.

We envision a future in which 1) every community has access to local affordable holistic healthcare options, 2) medicine is practiced in a way that fosters health rather than manages disease, and 3) wellness is focused on individualized care, prevention of disease, and addresssing the root cause of imbalance so we can live more full and embodied lives.
